These spacious units are perfect for gradually growing families with children, for example, since over the course of the years you can add more galleries as you need them, creating more children’s rooms or play areas. Up to three galleries can fit in some of the apartments. In the beginning you can choose just one and add up to two more over the years. Until then you can enjoy the advantages of an open and airy interior.

PARVI Cibulka

The PARVI Cibulka residential project is an absolute diamond amongst our projects. It will satisfy fans of stylish living, including the most demanding clients. We are transforming the impressive structure of the former Meopta factory in Prague - Košíře, which stands close to Cibulka Park and the Vidoule nature reserve, into modern and original loft-style apartments.
