New apartments for sale in PORTTI Kladno II

As part of our first project outside of Prague, PORTTI Kladno II, we will be building two apartment buildings with a total of 102 apartments with layouts from one to four rooms with kitchenettes and areas ranging from 28 m 2 to 99 m2, which will include balconies, terraces or front gardens. We will also build two retail units on street level. In each apartment building there will be a pram room and a place outdoors for washing bicycles and dogs. Cellars and parking spaces in indoor covered garages, whose roofs are covered in greenery, are a matter of course. Outdoor parking is also available.

Quiet living within easy reach of Prague

Kladno is less than 30 km from the metropolis, which can be easily reached by car and train. With almost 70 thousand inhabitants, the city offers complete civic amenities. A wide range of shops, restaurants, cafés and all the services you can think of will provide you with comfort for your everyday life. Kladno is surrounded by greenery and expansive forests, which offer an ideal environment for relaxation and active leisure. One of the most popular places is the Bažantnice forest park, where you can go for a walk, have a picnic with your family or go for a run. In the summer months you will find the outdoor Sletiště and Bažantnice swimming pools to be a refreshing temptation.

Excellent transport accessibility

Just a 4-minute walk away you will find a bus stop, from which you can reach the bus station in seven minutes or Zličín (metro station „B“) in Prague in an hour. The “Kladno město” train stop is a 3-minute drive away. Access to the D6 motorway about five km away also ensures an easy connection with Prague.

Sports facilities within easy reach

The PORTTI Kladno residential complex is located in a quiet part of the city, which is characterised primarily by family houses and apartment buildings. There is a sports complex in close proximity with an ice arena and football stadium, tennis courts, a sports hall and a ball hockey arena. Just a few metres further you will find other sports facilities, a water park, a swimming pool and a forest park with an inline skating track. The Kladno Hospital is also nearby. The centre of Kladno, which offers complete civic amenities and cultural activities, can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes (about 600 metres).

A pleasant life surrounded by greenery

In their design, the architects emphasised simple and functional ground plans with thoughtful layouts of the individual apartments. The buildings will be situated in harmony with the surrounding buildings and we will incorporate plenty of greenery into the project.

Thanks to this, the entire complex will be airy with an abundance of space. The project also counts on a connection to the walking and cycling trails in the vicinity and the creation of a semi-private courtyard with a small park and a playground. This will create a pleasant environment for you to relax and spend your free time in.

Apartment layouts

PORTTI Kladno II offers units in sizes from one to four rooms with kitchenettes and areas from 28 m2 to 99 m2. The apartments have a well-designed layout and are characterised by a pure Finnish design.

Apartment standards

We offer you vinyl floors, fixtures, tiling and interior doors as standard equipment. You can choose specific flooring and tiles from several décor alternatives. In all the apartments there are windows with insulating triple glazing and preparation for outdoor shading. As part of sustainability, modular bathrooms, with which we have a wealth of experience, will also be installed in most apartments. You can then discuss deluxe fittings according to your individual wishes as client changes. The possibility of client changes, however, depends on the stage of the project’s construction.
