YIT in world
In a peaceful Prague neighborhood, we are building the second phase of the TOIVO Roztyly project, offering 116 apartments ranging from studio (1+kk) to five-bedroom (5+kk) layouts, with sizes from 29 m² to 120 m².
The TOIVO Roztyly project is being developed in two phases. In the second phase, we will construct two buildings with four towers, featuring a shared underground level and five to six above-ground floors (including one recessed floor), comprising a total of 116 apartments. The apartments will be oriented as much as possible towards the south and a quiet inner courtyard.
Each tower will include a stroller storage room and ample cellar units. All buildings will feature underground garages with sufficient parking capacity.
Unit layouts
TOIVO Roztyly offers units in sizes from one to five rooms with kitchenettes and areas from 29 m2 to 120 m2. The apartments have a well-designed layout and are characterized by a pure Finnish design.
Unit standards
We offer you wooden floors, fixtures, tiling and interior doors as standard equipment. You can choose specific flooring and tiles from several décor alternatives. Heat recovery and windows with insulating triple glazing are the standard in all the apartments.
Ecological and economical housing
TOIVO Roztyly will include several sustainable elements concerning environmental friendliness, which is one of the pillars of the YIT philosophy. Toivo means “hope” in Finnish and the sustainable construction of apartment buildings is hope for nature and the environment.
Energy savings will be provided by economical LED lighting in the common areas, heat recovery units with controlled ventilation, and windows with insulating triple glazing. There will also be a public charging station for electric cars and bicycle stands on street level. Of course, there is ecological water management.
There will be greenery everywhere, in the form of grass blocks on street level and green retention roofs. We also plan to plant and protect trees. Concerning sustainability, products certified by the EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) and the Forest Stewardship Council (FCS), such as interior doors, ceramic tiles, the thermal insulation of walls, roofs, and floors, as well as benches and lifts, are primarily used.
