New apartments for sale in TOIVO Roztyly I

In a quiet Prague district, we are building a completely new TOIVO Roztyly project for you and it will offer a total of 204 one to five-room apartments with sizes from 29 m² to 120 m².

TOIVO Roztyly is going up in two stages. In the first stage, we are constructing 88 apartments in 4 buildings with one underground level and six storeys (including. one receding). The second stage with 4 buildings will offer 116 units in buildings with one underground level and five to six storeys (with the uppermost receding).

The apartments will face south as much as possible and also face the quiet courtyard. In each section, there will be a pram room and an abundance of cellars. All the buildings will have underground garages with sufficient parking capacity.

Unit layouts

TOIVO Roztyly offers units in sizes from one to five rooms with kitchenettes and areas from 29 m² to 120 m². The apartments have a well-designed layout and are characterized by a pure Finnish design.

Unit standards

We offer you wooden floors, fixtures, tiling and interior doors as standard equipment. You can choose specific flooring and tiles from several décor alternatives. You can try them out in our configurator tool. Heat recovery and windows with insulating triple glazing are the standard in all the apartments.

Ecological and economical housing

TOIVO Roztyly will include several sustainable elements concerning environmental friendliness, which is one of the pillars of the YIT philosophy. Toivo means “hope” in Finnish and the sustainable construction of apartment buildings is hope for nature and the environment.

Energy savings will be provided by economical LED lighting in the common areas, heat recovery units with controlled ventilation, and windows with insulating triple glazing. There will also be a public charging station for electric cars and bicycle stands on street level. Of course, there is ecological water management.

There will be greenery everywhere, in the form of grass blocks on street level and green retention roofs. We also plan to plant and protect trees. Concerning sustainability, products certified by the EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) and the Forest Stewardship Council (FCS), such as interior doors, ceramic tiles, the thermal insulation of walls, roofs, and floors, as well as benches and lifts, are primarily used.

A popular neighborhood full of shops and services

This area of Prague 11 is one of the popular residential city districts. Roztyly has full civic amenities, excellent transport connections, Metro C Roztyly and a bus stop just 5 minute walk from the project. There is also lots of green areas for leisure activities. In the vicinity of TOIVO Roztyly, you can find preschools and elementary schools, restaurants, a hobby market, a grocery store medical facilities, and pharmacies. For more shopping or entertainment, you can drive to the Westfield Chodov shopping mall in a few minutes.

Near a green oasis

If you choose TOIVO Roztyly for your home, you can also look forward to nature in the immediate vicinity. The Michle Forest (with the Nové Roztyly running oval), which is seamlessly connected to the Kunratice and Krč Forests, starts literally a few short steps away from the project. These offer a wide range of views, benches and pleasant gazebos, but also playgrounds with monkey bars. You can visit the Václavka spring or the ruins of the Gothic castle Nový Hrádek, a popular residence of King Wenceslas IV. Children will surely love the zoo corner, where there is no shortage of refreshments. Sports enthusiasts will also have reason to love the area, as there are trails for bikes and roller skating. They are also perfect for jogging. There is a curling hall right by the project.

An elegant appearance and a cozy courtyard

The architectural design is characterized by clean lines that correspond to the Finnish style of living. The minimalist and timeless design in bright colors naturally fits into the surrounding development and creates a welcoming environment for locals and future residents. At the same time, we count on constructing a pleasant space with greenery between the buildings, which will become a place for active and passive leisure. We will also be creating a new street that will connect Komárkov and Hrdličkova streets as part of the construction. There will be public parking spaces, urban greenery, and a public park along it.
