SUOMI Hloubětín offers new apartments in Prague

Our largest residential complex SUOMI Hloubětín is situated in the dynamically-developing area of Prague 9. This locality has a good connection to the transportation infrastructure and is easily accessible by mass transit. Tram stops are located in close proximity to the complex. Regular lines leading to the B-line metro stations Kolbenova and Hloubětín will bring the inhabitants of the new Finnish district closer to all public and civic amenities in the area.

The modernly developing location on the border of Prague’s Vysočany and Hloubětín districts is characterised by excellent traffic connections and easy accessibility by public transport. The tram stop leading to the metro is located right next to the complex, while travelling by car is easy thanks to the quick connection to the Prague ring road. The surrounding nature is also a huge benefit. The SUOMI Hloubětín complex is located next to Rokytka Stream, where we revitalised part of its flow and banks. The park along the stream and the popular local cycling path, connections to which we have built throughout the complex, provide several opportunities for leisure activities.

Nor will the residents be lacking the necessary civic amenities, which they will find directly in the complex. During the earlier stages, a café, pizzeria, wine bar, grocery store and physiotherapy office went up here.
