We are holding an Open House in VESI Hostivař.

We cordially invite you to our Open House in our development project VESI Hostivař, which is going up in a popular residential area full of greenery in Prague. It offers 208 apartment units with layouts from one to four rooms with kitchenettes and sizes ranging from 25 to 104 m².

The event will take place on Wednesday 31 May 2023 from 3 to 6 p.m. and will allow you to see with your own eyes both the pleasant surroundings of the project and the two-room showroom apartment with a kitchenette and an area of 53 m², the central motif of which is the relationship to nature. This ubiquitous greenery is synonymous with modern living in VESI Hostivař. In the showroom apartment, it is mirrored in the form of a large number of flowers and hand-painted drawings of a bonsai tree; in the complex as a whole, the feeling of harmony with nature is enhanced by the unique location on the edge of the Hostivař-Záběhlice Nature Park. It will also bring the desired peace and privacy as well as many opportunities for relaxation and sports.

There will be a welcome drink and refreshments at the Open House. If you have any questions about a new apartment, our dealers will be fully available to you throughout the whole event.

Please keep in mind that the project is still under construction, thus neither small children nor pets will be allowed at the construction site in order to minimise all risks and ensure your safety. For the same reasons, please do not forget to wear sturdy shoes at the event.
