New apartments for sale in the TAMPERE stage
The TAMPERE apartment building, named after the third largest Finnish city, is the tenth stage of our largest residential complex, SUOMI Hloubětín. It will include 68 apartments with layouts from one to four rooms with kitchenettes and sizes from 35 m² to 104 m², including a terrace or balcony. There will also be parking spaces in underground garages and outside in front of the building. There will also be cellars and stalls, a pram room and bicycle room, a place for washing bicycles and dogs, and a spacious lobby.
Together with the equally tall TORNIO tower in the neighboring LAPPI Hloubětín project, the high-rise building will become a landmark of the new Finnish neighborhood. It will be a gateway to the complex from the north side. With its location, the TAMPERE stage closes the renovated central square náměstí, Alvara Aalto. The main entrance and the five commercial spaces on the street level will face this central point.
The design of the apartment house is divided into two sections – the main high-rise building with 13 storeys and the side section with 4 storeys. The entire building has two underground levels. TAMPERE follows the already-built stages and will bear the simple and timeless Finnish style. The white-beige façade will be creatively enlivened with red accents.

Layout of apartments
New apartments with layouts of one to four rooms with kitchenettes and ranging in size from 35 m2 to 104 m2 are on offer, all with a balcony or terrace. The building also includes garage parking, cellars and stalls, a pram room and bicycle room, including places for washing bikes and dogs. The thoughtful layout and clean Finnish design are a matter of course. As a bonus for you, we have moving free of charge.
Apartment standards
As part of the new apartment’s standard equipment, we offer you several vinyl floors, entrance and interior doors, and tiles. The units have windows with triple-insulated glazing and preparation for blinds. As part of the integration of modern technologies, all the apartments will be equipped with an indoor monitor, i.e. a smart video telephone used, for example, to open the entrance door. The last two floors of the main high-rise building and the fourth floor of the lower part of the building are prepared for air conditioning.
Environmentally sustainable solutions
In line with YIT’s philosophy, the construction of the TAMPERE stage will be environmentally friendly and will include several ecological elements. Some of the structures use “green concrete”, which is produced by recycling building demolition waste. During the construction, the amount of waste generated is also monitored and the amount of the building demolition waste is decreased.
We will also primarily use materials and products with an EPD (Environmental Product Declaration), certification of its environmental impact. Energy-saving LED luminaires will take care of the lighting of the common areas and garages. We are planning a green roof and photovoltaic panels on some rooftop structures. To support local biodiversity, we are preparing insect houses, birdhouses, and bird feeders. We also plan to plant greenery.
In the western part of the land, seepage furrows will follow the sophisticated system of ecological water management built in the complex. Rainwater is collected on the green roofs, partially evaporated and partially flows into the internal sewerage system. From there, it first flows into the accumulation tank, from which it is used for watering in TAMPERE. If the water accumulates and the accumulation tank is overfilled, it will drain into the retention soakage pit, where it will gradually be absorbed. This solution leads to almost 100% use of rainwater in the locality.
