New apartments for sale in RANTA Barrandov III

The third stage of the RANTA Barrandov project consists of three buildings: two residential and one commercial. We will be building a total of 56 units with layouts from one to three rooms with kitchenettes and sizes from 30 m² to 84,2 m² in the four- and eight-story apartment buildings. We will be building three non-residential units on a street level suitable, for example, for a restaurant or a small business.

Of course, there are many outdoor and indoor parking spaces as well as public charging stations for electric cars, which were built in the first stages.

New owners will also be able to use private wall chargers (or wall boxes) in selected parking spaces. There will also be a stroller room and a room for washing bicycles and pets.

Unit layouts

RANTA Barrandov III offers units in sizes from one to three rooms with kitchenettes and areas from 30 m2 to 95.5 m2. The apartments have a well-designed layout and are characterised by a pure Finnish design.

Unit standards

We offer vinyl floors, fixtures, tiling, and interior doors as standard equipment. You can choose specific flooring and tiles from several décor alternatives. In all the apartments, triple-glazed windows, Smart Home system, local recuperation unit, and underfloor heating are standard, as is preparation for air conditioning on the uppermost floors.         At Barrandov, residents have everything at their fingertips – nature and all the benefits of the big city. The location includes comprehensive civic amenities from primary and nursery schools, a medical centre, veterinarian and library, to shops, restaurants and cafés. For larger shopping possibilities you can go to the Metropole Zličín or Nový Smíchov shopping centres.

        Leisure time

        Excellent connections to the main Prague arteries make travelling through the city fast; you can reach the centre by car in about 15 minutes. The public transport network is also well developed. A bus stop that takes you to the Budějovická metro station on the C line is located right in front of the project. You can also easily reach tram lines leading to the metro's B line: specifically the Smíchovské nádraží and Anděl stations.

        Sports, leisure and fun in nature

        The location is an ideal place for those who love an active lifestyle. There are several playgrounds, an outdoor gym and mini golf in the vicinity. Literally right around the corner you can find a tennis hall, a popular water park and the romantic Prokop Valley, perfect for sports and walks. An interesting educational trail leads through the geologically significant Barrandov Rocks. You can also take a trip to the nearby Dalejský Creek Valley or to the Homolka Nature Reserve. Children will love the mini-zoo in the middle of the Malá Chuchle forest park. The horse races in nearby Velká Chuchle are popular as well. There is also a cycling path connecting Barrandov to Velká Chuchle.

        In a spirit of elegance and respect for the surroundings

        The design of the third stage matches the overall character of the locality and seamlessly follows the apartment buildings from the previous two stages. Slanted cornices will become a typical architectural feature of the buildings, which bear a minimalist and timeless design. White façades with irregular crystalline details will optically unify the three separate buildings with trapezoidal ground plans. The new buildings will be interconnected by a small square with a pleasant seating area.
