LAPPI Hloubětín offers new apartments in Prague

Right next to the SUOMI Hloubětín residential complex, in this increasingly sought-after Prague location, LAPPI Hloubětín project went up – while the first name was inspired by Finland, the second is named after Lapland.

On a plot of approximately 1.2 hectares, the project includes almost 290 low-energy residential units in the Finnish style and 8 commercial spaces over three phases – KEMI, RANUA and TORNIO. Construction between the Kolbenova, Laponská and Granitova streets began with the Kemi and Ranua apartment houses, followed by Tornio.

In addition, LAPPI Hloubětín will enrich the entire locality with more commercial spaces.

Singles and families with children who are looking for a pleasant and practical place to live in a safe environment close to nature will find what they are looking for here.

LAPPI Hloubětín offers new apartments in Prague

An attractive urban locality

We are transforming the locality on the border of Prague’s Vysočany and Hloubětín districts into a new Finnish neighbourhood for you, where modern and pleasant housing in the Finnish style encounters the peace and quiet of the local nature. In the area between the Kolbenova and Hloubětín metro stations, a new residential complex LAPPI Hloubětín will be gradually going up and will expand the existing SUOMI Hloubětín project with its three stages. The complex also includes a preschool.

Pure nordic architecture

The architectural design, as with the SUOMI Hloubětín project, came from the Loxia studio and is naturally a continuation of it. The individual buildings will be built in a similar spirit with reference to Nordic architecture and aesthetics, which emphasise simple and straight lines. The KEMI building is going up by Kolbenova Street. Toward the south, the construction continues with the RANUA apartment house. The dominant feature of the complex will be the TORNIO apartment tower, which will stand in the centre of the complex.

Civil amenities

In addition to the surroundings, other non-residential premises for small shops and services are located directly in the SUOMI Hloubětín. Plus, there is also a playground, a cycling path, and green relaxation zones, which make it even more pleasant place to live.

In contact with nature

Living in the new neighbourhood is ideal for all residents who can appreciate the wide range of options for relaxation and leisure activities within easy reach. The LAPPI and SUOMI Hloubětín complex slopes down to the green corridor along the Rokytka Valley. We re-cultivated this and established the Zahrádky Park, which led to a reciprocal pedestrian and bicycle connection to the residential complexes in the neighbourhood. In addition, there is an attractive trail along the river, which is popular among the residents of Prague 9 and beyond for its recreational and sports use.
